      You learn a lot working with Lockheed and you experience a variety of roles when you join. My manager was extremely helpful and always willingly gave valuable career insights.

      Cons

      My site is small and so opportunities may not always be present if you want to grow your career, you may have to relocate.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
