Ability to move around in the company. Many opportunities to advance career if you look hard enough and take hold of your own career. Many programs are working towards adopting Agile methodologies.
Cons
There are some large challenges in becoming agile here. A lot of the challenge is on the customer side. Need to work with customers on how to become more agile.
