Pros
We worked long hard hours under adverse conditions but at the end of the day I felt like a did my best in our efforts to defeat the enemy and keep our men as safe a possible under the circumstances. We worked side by side the airmen and soldiers and I will remember the experience all my life.
Cons
As I stated we worked under adverse and often dangerous conditions. Being away from my family was the most difficult part of the job and the long hours did take a toll on you after a while. The living conditions were tough but we knew that going in.
