Pros
-There is a decent amount of company-sponsored training -The Leadership Programs are reasonably well managed - Well-recognized name in the industry - The Executive Branch is strong and does a good job of managing the company from the top
Cons
-Endless bueracracy -Middle management has some really low caliber people I've ever met (who are there only because of their tenure)- this can create tension when they are working with high potentials on their staff. Management also does not seem to have a lot of integrity and is willing to toss the blame down to save themselves. HR will always side with management. -Slow-paced work that is not exciting -The company likes to think of itself as a premier place to work, which can be annoying -The good ol' boys club dictates everything. This can be true at a lot of places, but not on the scale that it is at LM. -Industry in general is not poised for growth
