      Pros

      - Salary compensation is good if you have a Masters degree - Management is great with flex time/time off needs - Lots of lateral movement possible - Ability to move across the U.S. pretty easily

      Cons

      - Very top-heavy with VPs. Sr Mgmt got "right sized" already - Benefits (Health) leave more to be desired... - Sr mgmt makes poor decisions on how to turn around red programs

      Work is great, 4x10 schedule is perfect...

      It's far. I live over 60 miles and everyday in person is hell drive.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
