      World renowned company with wide area of business

      Cons

      Leadership is unable to follow thru on thier promises to provide employees with ways to enhance caeer. Sr managers are only concerned about thier careers. The federal government customer treated their contractors better than lockheed . Recommendation from senior vp on career prospect was to leave the job if the manager did not support goals. What a joke.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
