Pros
The people who worked there were the salt of the earth... until they were let go in a series of layoffs. The work always provided a decent challenge. There was a sort of party atmosphere for special occasions. They were once elaborate, but eventually those ended.
Cons
Company no longer exists except as an in-name-only subsidiary of another company. Stayed in the same position for 9 years pretty much. Not a lot of room for advancement. The work in making banner ads didn't prepare a lot of us for jobs that required React or other programming environments When the company was running out of money, you could sense it.
