Liquidus Marketing interview questions

Mostly open-ended, behavorial and situational questions. Asked me about my day-to-day responsibilites to find out if I would be a good fit and explained the kind of work I would be doing if I came on board. They offer good benefits, salary and bonus. I had a positive experience overall but I got another offer in the meantime and accepted it.

The interview was scheduled a week in advance, but when I arrived the staff and management were surprised and didn't know for what I was interviewing. After we did get started there were constant interruptions — it was clear they weren't prepared or organized. It also was clear they were bothered to conduct interviews. I didn't even have an opportunity to talk during an interview with two members. I had to request coffee or water, and then shown to a full bar, which was used liberally by the staff. Overall, a very poor introduction that told me the company has difficulty in basic operations and staff health.
