During my interview, I received discrimination and racism in one comment by the interviewer. The interviewer brought politics into the discussion and raised her countries view point in not recognizing that my country isn't recognized as a state. So to my fellow shqipes and people of any other ethnicity who's recieved some form of abused on the basis of your colour/religion w.e it could be. Do not work for Lidl. I raised this issue, but I had to drop the case as people were at risk of their jobs. Don't worry, you could probably figure who I am, however, I've informed people of my situation, it took me a long time to make a review but it was one I had to.
