It's a job and you get paid every month. Staff discount I guess. That time the manager did something other than smoke a cigarette.
Cons
Management. Management Management Area management Management The way the management like to put pressure on lower management while doing nothing themselves. No communication to pass on problems. People who cover other shifts and should be appreciated aren't given all the hours they want while other members of staff are giving loads more hours than they want. You can work your butt off to get everything done and to the highest standards possible, only to be told the one thing you miss. The store manager thoroughly enjoyed going around referring to his staff as a joke. But the reason they weren't performing up to standard is because they weren't fully trained. This frustrates them because they know they aren't doing well. And then they hear about that from another member of staff who heard the SM complaining about them. Just not enjoyable.
