Pros

I love working at Lenovo! The people and culture really are what set it apart from any other company I have ever worked at. The benefits are amazing, I had 6 months maternity leave, healthcare is amazing, unlimited time off (that is actually encouraged to use). I can't say enough good about working here.

Cons

With any large organization there will always be frustrating things with systems and organizational structures. Sometimes it feels like swimming up stream, but they are very receptive to feedback.

Pros

Absolutely love my team, people, culture, and work events. Genuinely I can't think of any cons. 3 days in-person, 2 days remote. Best work life balance ever, and great pay. Even intern benefits are amazing

Pros

Interesting work, good benefits, talented colleagues

Cons

Terrible manager behavior, terrible work-life balance, with no recourse or support for employees. I joined and quickly found that the ED I reported to had no experience in the area he oversaw, would not listen to anyone who had experience, was mean to his team members, and set wildly unrealistic expectations without any clear direction or consistency. Bullying, meanness and pointless criticism were the norm, while leadership was completely lacking. And if you work on the Digital Transformation team, expect to spend from 8PM-11PM at night and early morning on calls, with little regard for sleep or work-life balance. The worst part was finding out that the HR team was already well aware of all these problems with my ED (the two other managers under him quit), and the leadership team had no intention of making any changes. So disappointing.
