      Big company mentality - things take too long to happen and there are many roles where people are not held accountable, which slows down any useful process in the company

      Absolutely love my team, people, culture, and work events. Genuinely I can't think of any cons. 3 days in-person, 2 days remote. Best work life balance ever, and great pay. Even intern benefits are amazing
