      Pros

      Enjoy the structure of the company! Great push on providing value for your employees! Management is very supportive and helpful when you need it. Lenovo works to provide a career path for you.

      Cons

      Not many cons at all. One thing is hopefully to make the conversion rate quicker than the process is from contract to full-time.

      Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
