Pros

Hard working, intelligent, helpful peers. Strong growth as a company. I believe in the products I sell.

Cons

Processes, tools, and tasks take to long and are not very efficient. Sales management are paid on orders while sales reps are paid on if sales invoice. Sales management are backward thinking and are oblivious to work their reps do to achieve goals. Sales management often block career advancements to keep senior reps in current roles. Lenovo hires great talent, and drives them away to other local IT companies who actually compensate, reward, and value their employees. Dont expect any work life balance, 60-80 hr workweeks are common.

Pros
