Pros

Company constantly ahead of the curve and adjusts strategy to win A great amount of autonomy, employees are trusted Never a lack of work Teams are small, make much more of an impact Open to new ideas Dedication to innovation is high CEO always has very clear objective and vision Amazing turnaround from unknown company to global leader going from #4 to #1 in 2 yrs....and now looking to move into smartphones. Excellent Branding

Cons

Global roles can be tough, due to off hour calls and back and forth via email Processes are not always clearly defined, sometimes causing duplicating work already done Daily job can be reactive at times due to heavy email, because teams are small. May get burnout if you don't work with your manager when workload gets too high.

Pros

Absolutely love my team, people, culture, and work events. Genuinely I can't think of any cons. 3 days in-person, 2 days remote. Best work life balance ever, and great pay. Even intern benefits are amazing

Cons

None that I can think of

Pros

Interesting work, good benefits, talented colleagues

Cons

Terrible manager behavior, terrible work-life balance, with no recourse or support for employees. I joined and quickly found that the ED I reported to had no experience in the area he oversaw, would not listen to anyone who had experience, was mean to his team members, and set wildly unrealistic expectations without any clear direction or consistency. Bullying, meanness and pointless criticism were the norm, while leadership was completely lacking. And if you work on the Digital Transformation team, expect to spend from 8PM-11PM at night and early morning on calls, with little regard for sleep or work-life balance. The worst part was finding out that the HR team was already well aware of all these problems with my ED (the two other managers under him quit), and the leadership team had no intention of making any changes. So disappointing.
