      I think Lenovo care employee's future development. It offers employee internal training, which always allow you to touch advanced technology. Also Lenovo has collaboration work environment.

      Cons

      Working in IT department, you may work at night, even mid night since they have different time-zone business. And salary is not that competitive in IT department, which causes a lot of quit.
