      Pros

      Exciting work. I learned a lot and grew professionally. I worked with some good, talented people. Salary was pretty good.

      Cons

      No job security. Regardless of performance, the division is structured (and I believe this applies to the whole company) such that I was always 6 months from potential unemployment - very stressful.

      Employed barely company is going under

      Cons

      Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
