      Inclusive culture. High value add projects across every team. Empowerment. Pretty good pay and rewards for strong performance. Fully remote work environment with periodic travel for team offsite events. Solid work-life integration.

      Cons

      Strategic cohesiveness at VP+ level. Some communication silos. R&R clarity across sub function teams.

      Roadmap is very disorganized, you kind of have to assume you will work on any random project each day

      Less customer service and more sales than initially made to believe; lots of emphasis put on top salespeople of the day so it feels like a daily battle royale.
