      Pros

      sales training. you will get that. this will allow you to take these skills elsewhere and grow and be successful. the pros stop there.

      Cons

      everything. the pay sucks, they nickel and dime you for everything, not even being a really good salesperson is good enough - managers and leads will hound you. the managers do nothing all day, like one big frat house. and they keep cutting commissions. stay awaaaaaaaaaaaaaay

      Work life balance is actually great. The people you work with are smart and generally fun to work with

      Roadmap is very disorganized, you kind of have to assume you will work on any random project each day

      Good benefits and good culture

      Cons

      Very AI focused with constant fear of layoffs by employees (based on my experience). Pay isn’t great, especially given the current cost of living. Poor communication and planning regarding updates and project rollouts.
