Pros

The team at Leapwork is incredibly supportive, fostering a collaborative culture where everyone is encouraged to succeed together. Managers consistently motivate team members to explore and adopt new technologies and tools, which creates a strong environment for continuous learning and professional growth. Work-life balance is genuinely respected, allowing for both high performance and personal well-being. Visibility into individual contributions is excellent—your work doesn't go unnoticed. In fact, the management team makes a real effort to recognize and appreciate achievements through various internal platforms and recognition channels. Overall, it's a rewarding place to grow both technically and professionally, with a culture built on encouragement, trust, and recognition.

Cons

Based on my experience so far, I haven't encountered any significant drawbacks

Pros

1. Remote 2. Offshore oppurtunity

Cons

1. Worst kind of work being EM, cross functional work is impossible to achieve as people put their ego first. 2. You can't get the work done 3. Talented and Intelligent people leave or they become scapegoats and are unfortunately fired. 4. HRs play safe just hang around with leadership and do hire and fire job, safest job in the company is the India HR department. No change from past many years. 5. CX director don't do anything themselves and put pressure on their team members, and during appraisal, does favoritism and biases.
