Developers largely dictate what gets built, limiting the amount of changes, leading to a patchwork approach rather than meaningful improvements. Cross-team collaboration, especially with Sales, is nearly impossible as requests are often ignored. The strategy in the past two quarters was overly ambitious, pushing employees to burnout—only to be followed by layoffs. If you're looking for a short-term job, this might work for you.
