Pros
Employee safety is #1. Many companies state this but skirt around it but it is true at Koppers. Straight from the CEO's mouth down through the plant managers. Safety is preached and practiced at all levels. Employee Ideas are all evaluated and welcomed through Koppers new iShare program.
Cons
Onboarding can sometimes leave some questions unanswered but a new handbook should help that process out. Also, perhaps a few too many new programs/audits can be delivered at one time causing some backlog.
