no home life, doesn't listen to workers doing the work, unsafe work practices, not environmentally friendly likes to think so.

Knowledgeable coworkers who are willing to share expertise

Cons

Benefits starting out are not something to brag about. Certain departments would also limit when you could take time off (around the holidays, which could be an issue for many who value family) which was not told ahead of taking the job so be sure to ask about limitations there. Also, adapting to new technologies was very slow and personally did not find much room to challenge myself.

-No room for growth -Senior leadership consists of engineers and sales guys with absolutely no management skills -women are treated differently -employees will blame others for their mistakes -communication is poor, especially from upper management/sr. leadership -sr leadership does not support employees and have no backbone -Every department is extremely unorganized -processes are old and out of date
