Pros
- First off, everyone I've met at this company is kind, patient, understanding, and unique. There is a LOT of support for new employees. - Manageable Workloads - PTO from the jump, with an accrual rate that will make you wanna sing - Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and other benefits that are so good, I can afford to go to the doctor for fun if I wanted to. - Flexible Hours. The range of start times can be from 4am to 10am, so you can choose your own adventure - FULLY REMOTE, and the company sent me a lovely desk for my office along with another screen and some supplies. - Advancement opportunities are more present here than at any other job I have worked in my career. There is no tenure or any weird rules around who can or cannot move forward. If you have the skillset and you know how to do the job, KinderSystems will let you shoot your shot! - No awkward video, audio, or chat monitoring to "make sure you are working." As long as you do your job, everything sails so smoothly here.
Cons
- Look even I have been skeptical, waiting for the proverbial "other shoe" to drop. There really isn't one. I sat here for 20 minutes trying to think of a con, or experience I've had there, but again, even in confrontation, this company does it right. So I truly do not have anything I would change about my employment.
