Pros
There is only one reason to stay with the company, and that's the bright people you still find in many jobs.
Cons
Only very few believe that the goals management has set are achievable. Since the results bonus is tied to achieving these goals, most of the employees get only a very small results bonus even though the profit level seems to be quite good. This is however not true for upper management, which received a substantial number of shares (see insider trades on e.g. Marketwatch). At the same time regions with loyal employees and hence with low attrition receive almost zero pay increase.
