Pros
There's some stability in Keysight. It's hard to get fired for performance.
Cons
If you are in a commission role, the company punishes you for performing well. Comp plans say they are "uncapped" but management can decide not to grant quota credit if you sell too much. Very Shady! Layoffs are small and frequent so they don't have to report to wall street. Best talent leaves to find better jobs and mediocre talent thrives as no one gets fired. In general its a ton of mediocre talent.
