Pros
Lots of opportunity to experience different areas across the company to suite your interest or personal development goals. Generally supportive of work/life balance. Good overall benefits and pay, although not market leading.
Cons
While they are trying to drive to more innovation and risk tolerance, it will be a long road for this stodgy company. There is limited upward mobility given "Old Boy Network" culture as well ... If there is an open advancement opportunity it is typically already given to someone in the "network", even if requisitions are posted and even if that person is not qualified.
