Job safety, feels like for a govt institution, friendly environment, not much pressure at work.
Cons
Basic salary does not cross more than Aed 1200 for maximum employees,highest basic of director must be Aed 2,500,Slow growth,salaries are small and very low increments ,HR dept is just made for show,not much team building events.
