Pros

I have worked in the hospitality industry for over 30 years and have been with Kessler just over 6 years in a management position. It is the a company that holds high standards with a high level of reward and satisfaction. The vision, led by Mr. Richard Kessler, is one of the most exciting aspects that continues to propel the growth and development. His passion is contagious and is the foundation that we all embrace to create exuberant guests. The Corporate leadership team is the best in the business led by Laura Van Til, Melissa Van Dine, Lori Kiel and Mark Mospan. Development on new properties is continuing with Mark Kessler leading the charge with his father.

Cons

Not a con but you need to be the best to be called a Grand Performer.

Some modification to benefits on the medical side would be good. Otherwise very happy.

I was hired at almost 2 dollars less than the people that were hired a week before and a week after me. Evem with 5 plus years in hospitality. Within 3 days I was degraded in front of a guest. So bad that they wrote about their experience. Nothing was done. After a meeting with H. R the person who actually did the degradation try to retaliate against me. And said that I threatened and made them feel unsafe.. you can try to pull the anger man card. So after checking cameras and doing their investigation, I'm still employed. I still work with this person. I don't feel safe because this person has lied on my name. Once and I'm sure we'll do it again. How is this allowed to happen with HR? And all the established rules and regulations
