With the smallest network of doctors I have ever seen, such limited coverage that it's basically worth nothing at all, and something I've never seen before: they don't take the insurance costs out of your paycheck pre-tax, but charge it to a payment source post-tax. I would not work for this company if you don't expect to be converted quickly.
