Pros
For the most part people are nice and I learned a few new things.
Cons
The company is behind in times. They're making an effort to catch up with their competitors but it seems local management and corporate execs are in a frenzy. This unfortunately affects branch performances. Kelly once upon a time was all about customer service and treating internal and temp employees like people, but the last few years they've turned into metrics nazis and forgot that they're in the people business. It's sad really. I feel bad for the people still working there, especially recruiters and sales reps at branch levels. Talented or not, they're the ones getting the stressful grunt of it all. So if you like stressing out, getting talked down to, micromanaged, finding premature grey hair, and reminded every month that you're one foot out the door, then this is the place for you.
