Pros

It was a work at home position.

Cons

They throw you to the wolves after training expecting you to be able to handle customers in a certain time frame while yelling at you over headphones telling you to hurry up. Gave me the worst anxiety and I had to quit. All that training for nothing. It's unfortunate. I was apart of a FB page and saw thousands of comments over 2 months about how awful it is after training. Everyone gets excited to get a WFH position and you go through the month long training and pass the exam to keep your job. After that good luck. I saw daily of people quitting because of the anxiety and stress.

Pros

Virtual, work from home position. The pay was great, the hours were great, they work with you and are very flexible, can always pick up shifts if you have under 40 hours, (you're scheduled 40 hours but if you miss a day that week) you can pick up another shift from the board

Cons

There aren't any cons that I can think of at this time.
