Didnt give proper equipmnent to handle calls -- Can get fried for a bad Customer Survey - Kelly Connect -- Apple Kelly Employee Review

Did not give you the apple equipment necessary to properly answer calls (You will be taking technical calls for the Iphone and will not have one in your possession unless you buy it yourself) You can be fired for one bad customer review -- regardless if it is an Apple problem (there servers are down or it is becasue you were not given the resources to properly answer the call) And YOU have to pay for your phone line and internet connection... basically making the job pay at or below minimum wage
