Pros

- There's a lot of talented people but sadly they have been sold a story that is not accurate during the recruitment process.

Cons

- The CRO lacks experience in financial services, which has presented some challenges in leadership alignment. - CRO sent a company-wide email was sent encouraging employees to leave positive Glassdoor reviews as they are having trouble recruiting. - While the product is powerful, it is complex and not fully market-ready. - There is a lack of alignment within management, leading to organizational challenges. - For experienced salespeople, KX may not be an ideal fit due to an established structure that can hinder success for newcomers. - If you're considering KX, it may be beneficial to reach out to current employees on LinkedIn to get a clearer perspective.

Pros

This relates to the NY office. -The pay and benefits were fine, had Aetna insurance (not 100% paid by the company). -Was hybrid, only in office 2-3 days per week. -Decent work/life balance. Not many times had to do work out of standard work hours.

Cons

-If you're not also upper management, then upper management has no real desire to hear your opinion or input. -prefer "yes-men" over honest opinions led to "bullying by exclusion", meaning purposefully left out of major planning meetings that should have been a part of. was personally a victim of this and have been told by others it happened to them.
