Pros
The company takes good care of you very well. So if you have already worked for them over 10 years, you are probably considered a key person. As long as they would like to keep you, you should choose to stay put until retirement. The knowledge and skills you gained here is not going to be widely needed anyway.
Cons
If you are looking for new and cool stuff that can keep you excited to go to work everyday, look somewhere else. The company culture doesn't encourage innovations. However, everyone are working on their edges. Scrambling to meet deadlines and customer expectations. There is a little room for long term thinking. Everyone has to know a certain amount of project management to survive. The company feels like a big supporting team for the product they make. Not a good place to start your career, but a good place to end your career.
