No Work/Life Balance - Management acts as if they own you No Training opportunities - Day 1 you are thrown in with the sharks and expected to know how KBR functions People are rude - Team of Teams is just talk Unappreciative of the value Experience Hires can bring Processes are immature, therefore org capability is non existence Not open to improvement ideas
