Both screening and formal interview are panel setting with three other people: one hiring manager, one tech lead and a program manager. The whole process was warm and friendly. The formal interview is a set of same questions they asked all candidates. They took turn asking and took notes. I didn't used the whole hour answering questions so I got more time asking my questions.

Question 1
They asked many questions, My role was more leadership based And they asked how I would handle employees that were struggling at work.
Phone based, very basic, skills focused. It had nothing to do with the possible job, but only to do with what was on my resume and how they might be able to sell me as a product.
