      Some people say benefits are pros but I do not think so

      Cons

      In Corporate finance, executives just think of themselves. They don’t pay you as per your education and experience. If someone leaves or get laid off, they overburden all other employees. Not a good place to work.

      Pros

      401k match up to 6%. Management is good. End of the year pay raises are usually above average inflation percentages.

      Cons

      Low salary for the work. Benefits overall are average. They are slowly doing away with hybrid work.
