Pros
Great pay IF you aren't in management. The kids are so fun to work with and you can see great growth in them when learned to do the job well. The job can be great if you are in a good center and not focus on what is happening higher up in the company.
Cons
Management gets paid less than interventionists causing a rotating door of supervisors (Not fair to the staff managed). You do not get offered benefits unless you are in management. The training is inconsistent due to inconsistent management. You don't get a lot of training before working on your own and the management get NO training on how to supervise. Inconsistent hours, clients cancel all the time with no repercussions for no call no shows. HR and administration have lied to staff about multiple things and do not care if they are caught in the lie. The owners and the CEO don't care that morale is low. Those in admin don't know what the positions below them require to be effective. They are really good at putting on a face like they care. But will talk nasty behind staffs back.
