      Pros

      I joined Jobwise 25 years ago without any recruitment experience. Over the years I have had the opportunity to learn , develop and now head up my own division. If you have the enthusiasm, the drive and want the opportunity. Jobwise certainly can you offer the foundation in recruitment.

      Cons

      Recruitment is not for everyone, it has it challenges like most jobs. You need to be resilient and not take things personally. Appreciate every nock as an opportunity to get up again and get on and learn from it.

      Pros

      Good training, Very supportive managers with the exception of one or two, good culture.

      Cons

      Low salary compared to other recruitment companies but the opportunity to earn commission makes that a bit better. there is a threshold you have to hit before you're entitled to commission as well, though this may have changed.
