Pros

They provide coffee and tea.

Cons

They did a feedback survey on them as a company which was supposed to be anonymous but the people who gave negative feedback got fired on the Monday! I suppose the positive is they got to keep the commission those members of staff earnt them! Bullying from the older members of staff once you do well for yourself, it becomes very nitpicky on minor errors you make and brings down the team. Also make sure to keep your linked in secure because as soon as you leave they attempt to log into your account to do whatever it is they were trying.

We take all feedback seriously and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns raised. Because we’re in the business of open communication and transparency, we are responding to the statements outlined in your review, to offer clarity. All feedback surveys are anonymous. The online tool we use to generate surveys ensures anonymity for respondents. It is impossible to determine the participant’s name. Therefore, there is no correlation between employees’ dismissals and negative feedback. We have a zero tolerance on bullying. Should employees feel they have experienced behaviour that constitutes bullying in any way, we would encourage them to raise it with us immediately, to provide a swift and final resolution. On the point of LinkedIn, we are not able to access personal LinkedIn accounts. Particularly as most online platforms have a two-stage verification which would require the individuals approval to grant access. Jobwise has a career progression plan that is available to all employees, which factors in behaviours and performance to achieve career growth. The plan outlines what that progression looks like, time frames to achieve them, and the rewards and benefits associated with the next level. Annually we have been assessed by the Investors in People body and have achieved Gold standard status for the last 8 years. This accreditation is granted to organisations that demonstrate a clear commitment to the people who make up an organisation. We would welcome a conversation to address any of the points raised in your review and we wish you all the best in your future endeavours.

Pros

None. I have nothing positive to say

Cons

When staff say that they will phone you back they don't. They pay the lowest amount and in the worse locations and then expect you to be grateful. Avoid, is my advice
