Great place to work. The software was amazing!

It's gone and that sucks.

• A great environment that breeds creative thought and nurtures it when useful • Excellence driven: the management expects nothing less than 100% of your ability at any point and time. They chose us because of our skill and ability and want to see it flourish in the workplace • Friendly atmosphere: if you have questions, your peers have answers and are happy and willing to oblige. • Innovative: the products and technology developed is revolutionary. The environment is a fresh take on the workplace where no one is confined to a cubicle and socializing is encouraged • Trusting: The CEO and management have faith in their teams and allow for a pretty lenient workplace. They trust you to get your work done. As long as you don't betray their trust, they're pretty open and understanding.

• Still finding its groove: a lot of changes have happened in a short time that jar the workplace and people within it • Comments and criticisms can be nonconstructive • Too many outside hired VPs which leaves you guessing about any growth opportunities or future raises. • No proper HR: there is no proper human resources in place to file issues or go to regarding work-related situations.
