Great people to work with! Truly international company and the team. Working for operations, one will learn how to find solution to practically any life situation/problem. Good for entry level positions and to gain life/work experience.
Cons
Company is HIGHLY budget driven with multiple layers of approvers and approvals required for all and everything. There is NO talent management in the true sense of this word, although recently few Talent managers and directors were hired for the job. The spirit of small, family business in people management remains in spite of 21st century and expansion to almost continents. Most of the internal senior job vacancies are for compliance to legalities only, when the "winner" is known well in advance... Makes the whole process stink to the heavens!
