Talented, passionate, great people who are overworked and undervalued as part of a toxic machine, except if you are a mediocre performer with the right connections, who can talk the talk - then you have the opportunity for promotion! A great stepping stone for a period of time. A good opportunity to learn the 101 of what not to do.
Cons
Poor systems and a lack of investment or desire to move forward and progress. Managers and leaders unwilling/ incapable of decision making. HR the worst I’ve encountered. A sorry excuse for a HR function from start to finish. The recruitment process and team is consistently underperforming and is further damaging the business! Benefits are poor for a company as big as it is and are poorly administered. People come and go quickly, it serves a purpose for a period of time, then you realise the grass is greener on the other side. It’s hard to work in and manage a team in an environment of such constant and high churn.
