Pros
It is an MNC, you get to learn a lot if you are keen and willing to get your hands dirty (hands-on) within your area and outside your field.
Cons
Not everybody treated the same way and very color based, this is very visible across the whole organisation. Too heavy at the top and middle levels and very weak at the bottom. Not enough working bees and lots of big talkers. Unreasonable deadlines and feels like racing with time. Not very family oriented and no work-life balance.
