International SOS is full of very passionate people who make you proud to work here. It is a demanding job but full of rewards for people who want to progress or move around the company. Some good management (in the UK) who provide you with the right level of support and independence to get on with the job. A positive approach to flexible working. Working with really interesting clients and genuinely feeling like you are helping to look after their people. Truly global so you are working in a diverse environment.
Cons
Not a huge amount of women in senior leadership positions. Limited opportunities to progress from successful sales role.
