      Pros

      The pay is fair. The software tools ConnectWise. The direct manager. Shift trading opportunities.

      Cons

      Giving you permission to take time off and forgetting they did. Massive turnover with 2-5 people quitting every month. Having to track per minute what task you're on. Any gaps 1 minute or over must be accounted for. Having to fill out two individual timesheets in two different pieces of software. Little to no recognition. Boring and painful monthly corporate townhalls. No imaging software/server. Poor ticket balancing.
