Pros

Free lunch on Mondays and Tuesdays

Cons

Worst management I've ever seen. I understand that the company is growing rapidly but that doesn't get management off of the hook for treating employees badly. Often get yelled by management in front of all the employees. They yell at each other like savages and all the employees can hear them. No medical, 401k , decency. They talk big during interview but all they need is cheap labors They expect (almost force or a present employee might say 'mandate') you to stay late (often, about once a week) and if you request to leave early a couple of times a year and they'll take a day off of your vacation time, and not to mention the work hours are 8-5 and they expect you to eat your lunch on your desk (never individually told me to eat on desk but everybody does that and work while eating) so you end up working at least 8.5 hours a day. Little to no raise and after requesting for raise you don't get a review for months.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. There are several points of feedback we acknowledge are areas of improvement. Integritek was started by a group of friends who ran the business in a start-up environment, with a very ‘lax’ culture and friendly banter abounded, as it did in the online gaming chat rooms they so frequently competed within (and still do to this day). The feeling of the early days influences the friends and family culture we want to retain as a growing business. However, we recognize that as we ‘grow up’ we need to be mindful of balancing the start-up culture with a more professional environment. The way we handle conflict, which we see as the pursuit of the best possible solution, can be done in a way that isn’t reflective of two friends hashing it out over Discord. Over the past six months, Integritek has invested in management coaching and development in addition to restructuring certain parts of the business to optimize employee engagement and customer service. The post does contain inaccuracies that deserve to be addressed. All full-time employees are provided a set of rich medical and dental plans to choose from and Integritek pays 50% of the premium for every plan offered (inclusive of spouse, children and family plans) plus vision is 100% paid for by the company. We also offer additional insurance plans like life, short-term, and workers compensation. We are in the process of researching how to best support our employee’s long-term financial success by exploring retirement offerings. The majority of our jobs are salaried positions, providing our employees the associated flexibility and benefits. We recognize that at times our workloads peak and we band together as a team to ensure we meet and exceed our client’s needs, because we’re a team of dedicated problem solvers that don’t stop until the client is happy. As part of our growth, we’re working to provide regular, ongoing feedback with our new helpdesk structure as well as bringing on top talent. We are also working to provide cross-training opportunities and all staff have the opportunity to participate in IntegriTEK TALKS, where staff share their subject matter expertise over afternoon beer and snacks. We’re not shy about the fact that we have really high expectations – we boast a 98% client retention rate because we’re dedicated to our clients and love being techs who offer superior technical solutions in a fast-growth organization. Employees who dedicate themselves to our clients and growth are rewarded with annual salary increases, bonuses and career opportunities. We appreciate the feedback and recognize we’re not the place for everyone. It takes humor, dedication, a passion for customer service, a strong work ethic based in tenacious problem solving and a love for all things technical to fit in and be a part of our growing team.

Pros

- Some smart people here - Thats it ^

Cons

- Overworked, for a non-competitive salary - Management communication with lower team individuals is non-existent, its like they dont care - The team structures are absolutely unorganized and the projects team does not communicate with the individuals whom need to know certain information to do their jobs, I.e helpdesk, onsite, etc. - Management makes very poor decisions without asking employees - CTO is very mean, walks around acting like a god who doesn't have time to interface with 'normal' workers - Holds his team to the gold standard and could care less what happens to anyone else. - No REMOTE WORKING - They cite productivity but literally have never tried it, also one of the most productive individuals is a remote worker - Tribal knowledge that makes your job harder

Pros

None. Zero. But it is making me list five words...

Cons

Overpriced medical insurance, NO 401k. Management is extremely rude-threatens employment daily to all employees (CEO participates). Harassment towards employees doesnt keep them motivated. Good luck.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience with Integritek. In an effort to enhance transparency, we want to provide feedback of our own regarding your comments. The medical plans Integritek offers meet and in some situations exceed industry bench-marking and we continue to receive very positive feedback from staff, especially as we migrated this past year from offering one plan to four so that our employee’s had the flexibility to pick a plan that best meet their needs. As a growing company, we are making decisions daily on how best to invest in our staff, clients, and company. We continue to research and discuss the best options for employee retirement planning. We have instituted management coaching and are optimizing our systems to better measure and report on performance, so employees are empowered to track their performance and work toward their goals.
