Met great coworkers who suffered alongside me with all of the poor choices made by management. There were also sometimes paper towels in the bathroom.
Cons
Where to begin... you're forced to work a job meant for a team of 5 people to complete and no matter how hard you try to make a difference, nothing changes because they care more about making a profit instead of hiring more people to keep up with the work. Everything is disorganized and the building itself is disgusting. Don't bother asking for new equipment at this "technology" company, you'll get a computer from 2006. The company culture itself is a disaster. Don't even bother learning someone's name because they will be gone within a month. There's no communication or official policies in place because management will just make up their own rules about vacation/sick time. If you're looking to work in a place where management talks behind your back and could care less if you stay employed or go, then this is the right company for you!
