Pros

Benefits package is comparable, the company provided hazard pay during the pandemic

Leadership is lacking at the site level as well as at the corporate level. It is apparent that the many corporate directors/officers, etc. Are far removed from the direct care staff. Corporate direction removes the direct care staff away from clients and more toward quantifying quality metrics to be awarded some certification or to validate yet another middle /upper management position. They are constantly removing front line staff and adding more management. Additionally, the emphasis is enrolling participants they cannot care for effectively and keeping participants who are inappropriately cared by the company and/or over promises on services that are never delivered in full.

Pros

Most particapants treat us with kindness and respect.

Cons

Working as a driver for Innovage is not worth it, the pay is not fair for the required work that is involved with this position and addition to the new job title From Driver to Driver Particapant Care. The companies pay raises is a joke and a slap in the face, has a very high turnover rate which results to being low staffed and way too much overtime with little life balance. We have way too many vehicle mechanical issues with no onsite mechanics to fix them, They treat us like kids, too much drama and gossip, lots of favortism extremley poor communication which result to employee and particapants unsatisfied. There is just far too much negatives about this company and I unfortunately can't recommend this job to anyone and it's not worth your time.
